The Board of Directors of Fincantieri has approved last week the unification of the Corporate Head Office, headed by Vitaliano Pappaianni, and the Operations Department, under the leadership Enrico Buschi, into one General Management at the head of which was placed Andrea Mangoni , former Director of the Company, who will take office by next March.
Mangoni will retain the position of member of the Board; Pappaianni Buschi and will maintain the positions, respectively Chairman and CEO of SEAF and CEO of Fincantieri Oil & Gas, both subsidiaries of the group.
